1. Obstacles
or opportunities … it depends upon the way you look at them. Trust God who is
able to use your misery to become your ministry.
2. Some people
think God is unfair for putting thorns on roses. Instead, let’s thank God for
putting the roses on the thorns … the trials of life shape our character.
3. Jesus is
the living water that quenches the thirst of your soul that satisfies you with
good things. He flows over you fulfilling your deepest desires and meeting your
greatest needs.
4. The
strongest people have the worst problems, the worst trials, the worst
situations. It’s not because God wants them to suffer, but it’s because God
trusts them so much, He gave them something He knows they can overcome. And
something that would help them realize that everybody can be your companion but
not everyone can be your friend. Be thankful for God’s trials they are His
gifts to strong people like you.
5. Your value
in God’s eyes never changes. No matter how many times you fail Him or how many
mistakes you make, your value in God’s eyes remains exactly the same… you are
greatly blessed, highly favored and deeply loved.
6. Some truths
are hard to accept but it opens our hearts to the magic of life… and that is
strength from tears and faith from God.
7. If you are
humble, nothing shall touch you; neither praise nor disgrace, because you know
what and who you are. Remember, humility is the only virtue devil can’t
imitate.
8. The Lord
hides everything in nothing. He hides a
tree in a seed. He hides a king in a shepherd boy. He hides a Savior in a baby. Aren’t you
excited to see what He’s hiding in you? Be prepared
for the big blessings that God will provide you in the coming days.
9. Happiness
is a very subjective factor in ones life. Being happy doesn’t depend on
achieving what you want, but rather making the best out of what is given. Life
is not always fair. The only thing that can make you happy is contentment. Be
content on what you have, but be sure to aim high and never stop believing you
can do better every time. But if all else fails, don’t forget that an ordinary
you has an extraordinary God to back up.
10. The Lord
did not want us to doubt, to fear, or to worry. He wants us to believe, to
hope, to love and to see life the way he made it.
11. Keep in
mind that God is your greatest companion ‘coz no matter how imperfect you are
and no matter what happens in your life, God will still be there to give you
the greatest love you’ve always wanted.
12. If people
are rude to you, be kind anyway. If they are unfaithful, be trustworthy anyway.
If they lied to you, be truthful anyway. If they had wronged you, be good to
them anyway. Because in the end, it won’t be between you and them. It will be
between you and God anyway.
13. Why do we
have hurt and pain? Why not all laughter and cheers? Why do we have to cry? Why
not all smile painted in our faces? Because, when we are always happy we forget
God.
Sometimes He
let us experience pain for us to recognize Him. Remember, pains make us a
fighter. The more we cry, the more we are hurt, the stronger we become.
Whatever happens, it happens for a purpose.
14. If God has
made you a giver, your heart and hands are born open. There may be times when
your hands are empty but your heart is always full.
15. Blessings
from God is not only material thing but to be victorious in life and that is
life with Jesus.
16. God made a
promise that you won’t have to face life alone. For when you grow weak in your
struggles, His strength will prevail and not your own.
17. However
and how much you loved is how much you will hurt. When things didn’t work-out,
see that God has something different which you could not see at the time.
18.If we lose
something, we lose it for a reason. That reason might hard to understand, but
whatever it is we just have to believe that God takes away when He has
something better to give.
19. God
comfort us not by changing the circumstances of our lives but by changing our
attitude towards life. Changed lives are a matter of the heart that separates
the good from the great.
20. When God
takes something away from your grasp. He’s not punishing you but merely
emptying your hand for you to receive something better.
21. Sometimes
God pushes us to our limits… He tests us beyond our endurance because He has
greater faith in us than we have in ourselves.
22. Prayer is
not an extra option nor is it a last resort when all other methods have failed.
When man works, man works. But when man prays, God works.
23. God needs
to know what you want not because He easily forgets. It’s because He loves to
feel the sweetness of your prayer.
24. When you
encounter problems in life, don’t ask God to take them away. Ask Him to show
His purpose. Ask ways how to live a day searching His purpose for you.
25. God will
either give you what you asked or something far better than what you wished.
Keep on praying and be thankful that God’s answers are wiser than our wishes.
26. Journey to
God starts with one small step at a time. He doesn’t expect you to run the mile
but He promises to give you strength to go the distance.
27. God often
uses small matches to light up great torches and no matter how small you feel
in this world, He has something big in store for you.
28. Walk with
the Lord when your heart needs a company. Take His hand when you feel alone.
Turn to Him when you need someone to lean on. He’s the only one you can always
rely on.
29. God can
reach each falling tears. He sees the heart that needs a cheer. He knows the
path that’s hard and clear. Don’t ever give up ‘coz He is near.
30. God said don’t look
around because you’ll be impressed. Don’t look down you’ll be depressed. Just
look to me all the time and you’ll be blessed.
